Joy Garner - Director of Marketing

Ms. Garner served as Vice President of the Texas Taxpayer’s Association for four years, more than doubling their membership in the first six months of her service. She has appeared regularly on NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS affiliates and other cable stations for interviews, talk shows, and commentary. She has spearheaded several successful voter mobilization efforts which altered the balance of power over taxing issues in Texas, putting it where it belongs, in the people’s hands. During her tenure, the TTA defeated over $780 million in proposed tax increases. While in Texas, she also wrote a column for her local paper: the Corpus Christi Caller Times.

Ms. Garner has researched, written, hosted and produced over two dozen promotional and educational videos for the commercial environmental industry in the petroleum products conservation arena. She has also secured the rights to primary asset products through patents which she researched and filed.
Most recently, Ms. Garner has joined her brother, Charles Van Noland, inventor of the GameRunner™ Patent Pending. She has spent the past two years researching the gaming world and potential market for products conforming to the category of true Cyber-Athletics.
